Shipping policy

All Gradeline products are digital downloads. We don’t post anything, so there are no shipping costs, delivery fees or delivery times.
How you get your product
- Complete your purchase.
- Your download link appears on the order confirmation page straight away.
- We also email the link to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
Delivery time
Delivery is instant after payment is confirmed. In rare cases, such as a delayed payment, it can take longer. If you haven’t received your link within 30 minutes, contact us.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in the world, because it’s a download. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
If you can’t find your download
- Check your spam or junk folder, and search for “Gradeline”.
- Check that the email address you used at checkout is correct.
- Make sure you’re using a device that can open PDF files.
- If the link has expired or stopped working, email gradeline.support@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.
Download limits
Download links may have a limited number of uses or an expiry period. Save your file to your device after downloading so you always have a copy.
Printing
You may print your file for your own personal use. Please see our Terms of Service for the licence conditions.
