Terms of service
Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy from or use the Gradeline website (“we”, “us”, “Gradeline”). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them first.
1. About us
Gradeline sells digital revision and practice materials. You can contact us at gradeline.support@gmail.com.
2. What we sell
Our products are digital downloads, usually PDF files. Nothing is posted to you. Product pages describe what each product includes, such as the number of pages, questions and papers. We take care to keep these descriptions accurate.
3. Orders and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
- Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. If a price is wrong because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Delivery
After payment you’ll get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder, then contact us and we’ll resend it. Download links may have a limited number of uses or an expiry period. Please save your file when you download it.
5. Licence and permitted use
When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study. You may:
- view it on your own devices
- print it for your own use
You may not:
- copy, share, forward, upload, sell, rent, lend or give the file (or any part of it) to anyone else, in print or online
- post it on websites, social media, file-sharing or messaging groups, or resale marketplaces
- use it for teaching groups, tutoring businesses or schools without our written permission
- remove copyright notices, branding or watermarks
If you breach this licence, we may cancel your access and take legal action where appropriate.
6. Intellectual property
All content, including questions, answers, notes, diagrams, layout, logos and the Gradeline name, belongs to Gradeline and is protected by copyright. Buying a product doesn’t transfer any ownership of it to you.
7. Not affiliated with exam boards
Our materials are original practice material written in the style of GCSE exam questions. They are not real past-paper questions. Gradeline is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pearson, Edexcel, AQA, OCR or any other exam board. Exam board names are used only to describe what a product is designed to match.
8. No guarantee of results
Our products are study aids. We don’t promise any particular grade or exam result. Results depend on many things, including your own effort, your teacher and the exam itself. Content may not cover every topic in your specification, so always check it against your own exam board’s current specification.
9. Refunds and cancellation
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. In short, because digital products can’t be returned, we don’t refund them unless they are faulty or not as described. UK buyers lose their 14-day right to cancel once they start downloading. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
10. Our responsibility to you
- Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including your right to digital content that is as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
- We aren’t responsible for losses that couldn’t reasonably have been foreseen, or for problems caused by your device, software or internet connection.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.
11. Your account and information
If you create an account, keep your login details private. We collect and use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms or our products from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order.
13. Complaints
If something goes wrong, email gradeline.support@gmail.com and we’ll try to put it right quickly. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
